Going Back In Time

I love the feeling of pulling into camp and letting normal life just dissolve away. On a bad day, my phone will still have signal. On a good day, it went dead several miles back and is just a paperweight now.

The air feels different, lighter and more whimsical. The lodge door is still held with a spring that twangs like it did in ‘88. As I walk down to the stream I join my footsteps with generations of campers who’ve gone before me.

2024 was the 90th year of Camp Rosalie and we are fortunate to be part of this continuing story. Join us and return to a simpler time, where real dirt gets in your fingernails and you talk with actual people by a warm fire.
